Do you only sell tire chains? A2. While we specialize in tire chains and snow chains. Tire Chain Store also sells tire chain parts and accessories as well as other winter-traction-related products. Q3. How do I know if an item I want is in stock? A3. Simple, we list the stock status of most items on our website. Just look for the green, "In Stock" icon next to the item you are interested in. Our website's stock information is very accurate and displays the same information that is available to our customer service representatives. Q4. How do I obtain a price quote? A4. To obtain an online quote: First find the item you would like to purchase. You may search for chains from our Home Page. After you find the item you would like a quote on, change the quantity in the "qty" field located next to the item you would like and click the "Add to Cart" button located next to the item you would like. Clicking this button does not require you to purchase this item and it may be removed from your shopping cart at any time. After clicking "Add to Cart", this will bring you to the shipping cart. At the shopping cart page, simply enter the zipcode you would like the item(s) shipped to and your order total will be automatically calculated. If your order total is not calculated after entering your zipcode, click the "Update Totals" button. |
